Extreme Structures LLC provides Insulspan Strucural Insulated Panel Systems, (SIPs) for use in both residential and commercial building projects since 1995. These Panels provide builders and homeowners with energy efficiency, superior structural integrity, and an easy to install building system. Replacing traditional stick built construction, SIPs are easy to work with and versatile for exterior walls, roofs, floors and additions.

Extreme Structures LLC also specializes in foundations using ICFs (Insulated Concrete Forms.) ICFs create a warm, dry, solid foundation on which to build. Attainable r-values from R-30 up to R-50 will help keep your house warm in the winter, cool in the summer. ICFs also have shown to be extremely resistant to destructive forces such as, tornados, earthquakes, fire, and hurricanes. Since you will have a strong super insulated, airtight house, why not put it on a strong, super insulated foundation?

Our two dimensional dream house was finally going to become a reality. Extreme Structures converted our sketches to blue prints and engineered a safe way to build it. Team Extreme gave us the courage to become general contractors and build our own house. Installing windows and doors was a snap because of the squared framing and dimensional accuracy. Inspectors and tradesmen were awed and appreciative of the little things done by Extreme Structures that made their job easier. Now a passive convection wood fireplace keeps our 1560 sq ft home (with a 21 ft cathedral ceiling, loft and 36 windows) a comfortable 70 degrees. Even though average temperatures were below normal, we used only 2 pickup truck loads of wood. Our total heating cost for November through January was only $225. Seeing is believing!
